Please note: a credit/debit card is required when booking your appointment. You will not be charged at that time, it is simply to hold your appointment. You are free to use a different card when checking out.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide us with 24 hours notice. Giving us the courtesy of a 24-hour notice is very much appreciated. It allows us to adjust our schedules and hopefully accommodate other clients looking to book with us. We do charge 100% of the services booked to cover the time and opportunity cost for our estheticians, if you cancel late or do not show up. In the event you do not show up and fail to communicate, you will be required to pay in full at the time of booking your future appointments. Thank you for understanding!
Your time is valuable to us. We work diligently to ensure we start our appointments on time. In the event you are running late, we ask that you please give us a call. We will provide the service for the remainder of your allotted time scheduled. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we can not guarantee you will get the most out of your appointment.
We aim to exceed your expectations. However, we are human and may fall short at times. If you are not satisfied with your experience, please contact us immediately and we will be glad to make things right. We are continuously learning and value all input.
It is our priority to provide an exceptional experience. If you are feeling dissatisfied with your service, please contact us within 2 days. We will schedule a touch up. A corrective wax touch up must be completed within one week of your original appointment.
